Build
The system does not exist yet, or it exists badly.
Onboarding, implementation, portal audits and rescue, pipeline setup, data structure, workflow architecture, integrations and migration. We fix and optimise HubSpot portals so the business can actually run on them.

What does HubSpot Build cover?
HubSpot onboarding and CRM implementation, portal audits and portal rescue, pipeline setup, properties and data structure, workflow architecture, integrations, migration, training and governance. We implement, fix and optimise HubSpot portals so the business can actually run on them.
Which of these is you
Start with the one that sounds like your week.
-
We just bought HubSpot and nobody has set it up
Licences are being paid for and the team is still working out of the old system. Every week it stays unused is a week of the subscription wasted.
Get it onboarded -
The portal got away from us
Duplicate properties, workflows nobody owns, licences paid for and never used. It still runs, but nobody trusts it.
Rescue the portal -
We are moving off Salesforce or spreadsheets
The data is messier than anyone admits and the history matters. A migration that loses it is worse than staying put.
Plan the migration
Build · Integrations
The systems we connect HubSpot to.
Your data lives in more places than HubSpot. We wire the store, the ledger, the database and the app into one CRM, with a named owner for every field.
Commerce 01
-
Shopify Stores we build and connect. Orders and customers land in HubSpot, and live products display in HubSpot website modules.
Finance and ERP 04
-
Sage Custom finance connectors, so invoices and payment status sit on the HubSpot record.
-
Xero Invoices, payments and balances synced to companies and deals.
-
SAP Customer and order data from SAP, available to sales and service in HubSpot.
-
Dynamics 365 Account and contact sync where Dynamics stays the system of record.
Data and infrastructure 06
-
Snowflake HubSpot data in the warehouse, for reporting that crosses systems.
-
PostgreSQL Self hosted databases behind custom apps, calculators and portals.
-
SQL Server Line of business databases read into HubSpot on a schedule.
-
Google Cloud Hosting for integration services, functions and data pipelines.
-
Railway Deployed services and APIs that do the work HubSpot cannot host.
-
Azure Integration services inside a client's own Microsoft estate.
Apps and automation 03
-
Home Assistant Business automation that turns physical events into HubSpot activity.
-
iOS Mobile apps that read and write HubSpot records.
-
Android The same apps, on the other half of your team's phones.

What happens next
Diagnose. Architect. Build. Operate.
-

Diagnose
Audit what is there before touching anything. You get the finding in writing whether or not you go further.
-
02
Architect
The data model, the integrations and the governance, agreed before a line of configuration is written.
-
03
Build
Shipped in increments you can see, so you are not waiting until the end to find out whether it works.
-
04
Operate
A governance and reporting rhythm, so the portal does not quietly drift back within a year.

What the others add
A system is built, then grown, then made smart.
These are not silos. Whichever one you arrive for, the next one is already waiting.
Questions we get asked
The things people ask before they call.
Are you a HubSpot partner?
Yes. Muloo is a technical HubSpot partner. We've been a HubSpot Gold Solutions Partner for about ten years, and we're listed on the HubSpot Solutions Directory. The engineer who builds your HubSpot is on every call. We document what we build and hand it over. No lock-in.
What changed in HubSpot pricing on 1 October 2026?
For new EMEA portals, you no longer buy individual hubs. You buy one edition for the portal, seats for the people who need them, and a shared monthly credit pool that much of your automated activity draws from: automated emails, many workflow actions and AI agent conversations. Sizing that pool is the hard part, and getting it wrong usually shows up later on the bill, not on day one. Our HubSpot pricing guide has the seat and credit prices.
Can you take over a portal someone else built?
Most of our work starts that way. We audit what is there before touching anything, tell you plainly what is salvageable and what has to be rebuilt, and give you the finding in writing. You own that document whether or not you go further with us.
How long does an implementation take?
A focused build is six to ten weeks. A multi-region or multi-brand rollout with migration runs three to six months. We work in increments you can see, so you are not waiting until the end to find out whether it works. Anyone quoting two weeks is configuring, not implementing.
Will you work alongside our in-house team?
Yes, and it is usually the better outcome. We build the architecture, document it properly and hand over, rather than making you dependent on us. Some clients keep us on a governance retainer afterwards, others take it in-house entirely. Both are fine.
How do you handle AI safely?
Guardrails first, then the agent. That means scoped permissions, a data model clean enough to be trusted as input, logging on every action an agent takes, and a human checkpoint anywhere the output touches a customer. AI on top of a messy CRM just automates the mess faster.
We are not a large enterprise. Are we too small?
We work with teams from around twenty people through to global groups. The test is not headcount, it is whether you have a real sales motion and something worth engineering. If you want a cheap task executor rather than a system, we are the wrong fit and we will say so early.
What happens when the build is done?
Governance and a reporting rhythm, so it does not quietly drift back. Most portals degrade within a year of go-live because nobody owns the standard. We either run that with you monthly or set it up so your team can.
